After selecting your Event Ticket and reviewing your order, you will be transferred to PayPal who will process your payment. Once payment has been authorised, we will go ahead with your order and delivery. For any enquiries relating specifically to your payment, please contact PayPal directly. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details required for delivery to be completed (i.e. address, contact phone number or email address) are correct at the time of purchasing our Event Tickets.

Your privacy is very important to us – Information you supply will be used only for the purposes of processing and delivering your order. We will not pass on any information to third parties without your consent.

Event tickets are available for delivery to valid addresses in the UK. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery and please allow longer during busy periods (Christmas etc.) Our Event Tickets are despatched free of charge by First Class post. Compensation is not offered for late delivery; however we will inform you if your order is likely to be delayed should we encounter any unforeseen circumstances.

Event tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your gift voucher, as long as it has not been redeemed in any way.  Please email millie@littlegemscountrydining.co.uk if you wish to return your event ticket for a refund.

Please note that Event Tickets are VAT exempt and so we are not able to provide a VAT receipt.

Multiple Event Tickets may be redeemed in the same transaction, up to the value of the goods being purchased. Event Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash. Any additional cost exceeding the value of the Event Ticket during a transaction will be paid by the redeemer.

Event Tickets are valid up until the event itself. Event Tickets will expire on the date marked on the Event Ticket. Event Tickets presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Event Tickets purchased from The Old Queens Head are only valid for use at The Old Queens Head, Hammersley Lane, Penn, High Wycombe, HP10 8EY.

Event Tickets cannot be exchanged for Gift Vouchers.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
